Ab InBev Partners with Sainsbury’s for A Cool New Fridge Initiative: Pairing Cold Brews With Chilled Meals Powered By Husky Refrigerators

In an innovative move to enhance the shopping experience amidst the rising cost of living, AB InBev, Sainsbury’s and Husky Refrigerators have teamed up to introduce Corona-branded fridges in 70 select Sainsbury’s stores. This initiative, designed to pair perfectly chilled Corona products with Sainsbury’s chilled ready meals, aims to bring a touch of affordable luxury to consumers’ daily lives.

The fridges, supplied by Husky Refrigerators, are strategically placed to offer shoppers a refreshing selection of beers, non-alcoholic options, and ready-to-drink beverages under the Corona brand alongside their meal choices. This placement is intended to inspire customers to enjoy the pleasures of a gourmet meal accompanied by a cold drink, even in times of economic restraint.

Angela Mundean, Managing Director at Husky Refrigerators said: “Husky is proud to support AB InBev and Sainsbury’s in this creative venture. Our role in branding, delivering, and installing the C400 Commercial Drinks Chillers ensures that each unit not only stands out for its efficiency and economy but also for enhancing the visibility of the Corona brand. This initiative reflects our commitment to providing exceptional service and contributing to a shopping experience that delights consumers.”

This partnership reflects a shared commitment by AB InBev, Sainsbury’s, and Husky Refrigerators to adapt to consumer needs, offering convenience and a hint of indulgence without compromising on value.
