Returns Policy

1. Definitions
○ Buyer: The customer purchasing goods from Husky.
○ Goods: The products supplied by Husky as specified in the Order.
○ Order: The Buyer’s request to purchase Goods from Husky.
○ Business Day: a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.

2. Order Acceptance
○ An Order constitutes an offer by the Buyer to purchase the Goods in accordance with Husky’s terms and conditions.
○ The Order shall only be deemed accepted when Husky confirms completion of the Order or dispatches the Goods, at which point the Contract comes into existence.

3. Returns Eligibility
○ The Goods may be returned only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
○ The Buyer must inspect the Goods upon receipt and notify Husky of any issues within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Change of mind returns
○ If the Buyer chooses to cancel their order prior to accepting delivery, returns may be accommodated at Husky’s discretion. However, if the item has already been dispatched, Husky reserves the right to withhold up to 25% of the unit’s value to cover administrative and handling costs.

5. Returns Process
○ To initiate a return, the Buyer must contact Husky’s customer service by telephone on 01455 555 340 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
○ The RMA number must be included with the returned Goods.
○ Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the condition in which they were received, unless the Goods are defective.

6. Returns Shipping
○ The Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the Goods are defective or were incorrectly supplied.
○ Husky recommends using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned Goods.

7. Inspection and Remedies
○ Upon receipt of the returned Goods, Husky will inspect them to verify the reported issue.
○ If the return is approved, Husky will, at its discretion, repair or replace the Goods, or issue a refund within 10 Business Days.
○ Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

8. Exclusions
○ Custom-made or personalized Goods are not eligible for return unless defective.
○ Goods that have been altered or modified after delivery are not eligible for return.

10. Governing Law
○ This returns policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
○ This does not affect your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
